		<description>Martha - how true! Words are tangible and just as powerful as any thought or emotion that we have.  And just like our thoughts and emotions, they can be used to shape our own destiny, and have an effect on others around us.
I agree also that self-talk is one of the most crucial areas to make improvements if one wants to be truly successful.
