Sleep, Motivation, and You

by Martha on August 24, 2009

Are you having a problem staying focused?

You want to stay motivated toward your goal but it just seems you are getting nowhere fast?

Could be you are sleep deprived. It’s true.

You may just need a real old-fashioned good night’s rest.

Maybe you are worried, just going to bed too late, or can’t get your active mind to slow down. Whatever the reason, your lack of motivation during your waking hours could be caused from your lack of required sleeping hours!

Sleep deprivation is quite common in our culture. There just never seems to be enough hours in the day. Decreased productivity, inability to concentrate, having a hard time staying on task, and being just plain old grouchy are all consequences of bad sleep habits.

I dare you to try and stay motivated when you know you are tired! Can’t be done.

If you’ve been moving at the speed of a snail, chances are, you aren’t getting enough shut-eye.

And, because I want everyone who reads this blog to get motivated and stay motivated in their everyday lives, I’ve found something for you. Something that can help you out and actually works! It’s called Sleep Secret Audio and it was created by a personal friend of mine, Trapper Sherwood, of Nashville, TN.

I know everyone wants a good night’s sleep. I do.

I also know that in our crazy, busy world, it’s sometimes hard. So, I am recommending you do yourself a favor and check out the Sleep Secret Audio. You’ll be glad you did!

Peace,

Martha

p.s. Don’t forget to let me know if it works for you too!
